SHIPPING
Orders are shipped from Germany and carefully packed using protective packaging. Tracking information will be provided by email where available.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carriers, customs processing or other circumstances beyond our control.
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct. Additional shipping costs may apply if an order is returned because of an incorrect address, non-collection or refusal of delivery.
PRE-ORDERS
Pre-order products ship once production is complete and the stock has arrived at Lost Art Culture.
Stated release and shipping dates are estimates and may change due to production or transportation delays.
Orders containing in-stock and pre-order products may be shipped together when all products are available.
CUSTOMS AND IMPORT CHARGES
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs fees and carrier handling charges.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, these charges are not included in the product price or shipping costs and must be paid by the recipient.CANCELLATIONS, WITHDRAWALS AND RETURNS

EU consumers generally have the right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason.
After receiving your request, we will provide the applicable return address and return instructions by email. The exercise of a statutory right of withdrawal does not require our prior approval.
Returned goods must be dispatched within 14 days after notifying us of the withdrawal. The customer bears the direct cost of returning the goods.
Following a valid withdrawal, we will reimburse the purchase price and the cost of the least expensive standard delivery method originally offered by us. Additional costs for a more expensive delivery method will not be reimbursed.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods or proof that they have been returned.
The right of withdrawal expires early for sealed audio recordings if the seal has been removed after delivery. This applies in particular to sealed vinyl records and CDs.

If an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at contact@lostartculture.com and include your order number and photographs of the item and shipping packaging.
Reporting transport damage within seven days helps us process the claim. This does not limit your statutory consumer or warranty rights.
Vinyl colour, splatter and marbling may vary naturally between individual records.
