Lost Art Culture ships from Germany.

Estimated delivery times are approximate and may vary depending on the destination country, customs processing, carrier delays and seasonal volume.

International orders outside the European Union may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs fees or carrier handling charges upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer.

Pre-order items ship only after production is completed and stock has arrived at Lost Art Culture.

RETURNS

Pre-orders may be cancelled before the order has shipped.

Once an order has shipped, cancellations are no longer possible. If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the package and item.

Shipping costs, import duties, customs fees and carrier handling charges are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
